Managed airworthiness
The system holds the maintenance program of each aircraft as the manufacturer wrote it, and counts every limit against actual hours, cycles and dates. No date on the due list is an estimate; each one shows the arithmetic that produced it.
- One unified due list per aircraft: inspections, life-limited parts, airworthiness directives, service bulletins and expiring documents.
- Complete catalogs extracted from the official Airbus and Safran manuals.
- A deterministic calculation engine: given hours, cycles and dates, the arithmetic is explainable and auditable, line by line.
- A Certificate of Release to Service under RAC 43, generated when the work order closes. Certifying staff sign it; the system prepares it.
- Traceability that holds under an inspector's eye: every number links to the logbook entry or document behind it.

The owner portal
The portal answers a plain question: where does my aircraft stand. It reads the same record the shop works from, and shows it in dates and figures, without jargon.

What you receive
The aircraft is loaded
We enter your aircraft, its components and its records into the system, working from the logbooks and documents that exist.
The baseline is verified
Every limit receives a last-done value with its source next to it. Anything without a source is marked pending, visibly, until the record appears. No value is filled in by default.
Daily operation on the due list
From then on, hours and cycles drive the list. The projection updates as the aircraft flies, and the shop and the owner read the same record.

Who owns my data?
Yours. The records of your aircraft belong to you, and the system stores them to operate the service. Access is by role: an owner sees their own aircraft and nothing else. The manufacturer documents behind the catalogs are licensed and are neither published nor shared.
My records are on paper. How do they get in?
By hand, against the source. The logbooks are read and every value is entered with a reference to the page it came from. Anything without a source is marked pending, visibly, until the document turns up. It is slower than an automated import, and it is the reason the baseline holds.
Does it work with my current shop?
The record follows the aircraft, and the work can be done by the approved shop you already use. What the system needs from the shop is the record of each job performed, so the counts stay true.
Today the shop operating in production is Franconaves, at La Aurora. If your maintenance happens elsewhere, write and describe your case; we will tell you plainly what works today and what does not.
How fast can this be running?
It depends on the state of your records, and quoting days before seeing them would be inventing a number. An aircraft with complete, legible logbooks loads much faster than one with gaps to trace.
The sequence is fixed: the aircraft is loaded, the baseline is verified against sources, and only then does daily operation start. After a first review of your documents you receive a real estimate, in writing.
What happens if I leave?
Your records leave with you. If you end the service, you receive your aircraft data and your work order history in a standard, usable format. The licensed Airbus and Safran documents are not handed over, because they belong to their manufacturers. Nothing of yours is held back.
