What is collected, where it lives and who sees it, in plain terms.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, an email or WhatsApp, optionally an aircraft or fleet, and your message. It is stored so we can respond, and for nothing else. This site runs no analytics and no third-party trackers. It uses localStorage for two preferences, theme and language; neither identifies you.
What the client system holds
For clients, the system holds airworthiness records and operating data: hours, cycles, inspections, parts and work orders. Access is by role; an owner sees their own aircraft and nothing else. The manufacturer documents behind the catalogs are licensed and are not public.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. The client portal sets one session cookie when you sign in, so you stay signed in; it expires with the session.
Who we share it with
With nobody for marketing, ever. The infrastructure providers that host and run the service process the data so the service works, and for nothing else.
Your rights and contact
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Write to diego@jmmair.com and we respond within one business day.
Effective date
This policy is effective as of 2026-08-18. If it changes, the date changes with it.
